Meandering on Monday with Janet Lane Walters #BWLAuthor #MFRWAuthor #Reading #Writing #Thoughts

Meander 1 - Reading - Been reading this and that during the past week. Did find a new author I liked one of her books - In the Pines - Kendra Eliot. Nice suspense and also good characters who were learning how to live with each other and also dealing with lost child. Have started an Andre Norton I never read before. Not a fantasy but more like a gothic and perhaps with some paranormal bits. The Iron Butterfly.

Meander 2 - Thoughts - Am dealing with a note from my putlisher and they won't be publishing any more fantasies. That is sad but nothing I can do but decide what I will do. I will finish Keltoi and give thoughts to start later in the year with self-publishing all the fantasies. One will see. I have also outlines a romance in the Moon Child series. Not sure i like the ending but that is always up for change as I write the book. Also. Katherine Miller will rise again. How to explain her not having murders around her but the COVID epidemic will explain this. Thinking about calling the book Bitter Tea or Spiked Tea. Will decide later. The Halloween parade and the mayor will be in this book.

<eander 3 - Writing - Have outlined a new book tentatively called Creative Dreams and I'll start on it soon but I will also continue with Keltoi. I will finish the book but not as quickly as I have been writing it. Also must start thinking of Murder and Bitter Tea. But that will take awhile but I do know who will be murdered and part of the reason but not all. Haven't found a real villain but I know at least two who are there for Katherine's discomfort.
