Meandering On Monday with Janet Lane Walters #MFRWauthor

Meander 1 - Dance recitals. Three of the grandchildren had their dance recital this weekend. The school has many classes and students so there were 2 of the events to see on Saturday. Oldest grandchild was poised and really beautiful. Second grandchild was the surprise. I believe this is the kind of dancer who needs the audience to bring the performance to almost brilliance. The third grandchild was cute and perky. Interesting how even dancing showed their personalities. This also brought back memories of when my girls were young and involved in dance.

Meander 2 - Blogging. I try to blog every day but a lot of what I blog about is something others help with. Through their books on writing or their interviews. Makes life easy for me.

Meander 3 - Works in progress. I am working on getting two books ready for re-release. Bast's Warrior and Horu's Choice to be followed by a third in the trilogy Toth's Priest. Have nearly finished the first one for sending out and need to finish the book form. So very glad I looked at the story from beginning to end since I found some discrepancies from the last book I'm currently writing. I'm sure I'll find the same ones when I tackle the second of these books. Book 3 is progressing and I've begin the draft where I finish filling in the blanks and expanding or contracting some of the scenes. There's a lot of action in this one and some nice love scenes. I'm enjoying this adventure.

Hi Janet,
This post brought back some great memories. I spent my share of years either dancing on the stage for my recitals or watching my daughter. It really is fun seeing their personalities shine through isn't it. I really miss those days. Maybe a future grandchild will want to dance. Best of luck on your new WIP.Hugs!
