Meander 1 -Poem-Woman
One half of human kind
Is called the other.
Pushed aside and neatly tied
Into a box that's called a home.
But deep inside she knows
It's just a prison house
Keeping her confined
To the captor of her life.
Meander 2 - Aging - One likes to think they are as young as they were eons ago. Not really. The weather changes and this change takes hold of every bone and joint. Carrying in the weekly shopping, eight or ten bags because you didn't want to make them too heavy. A suggestion was made to use the chair lift but that wouldn't eliminate making all those steps again and again.. One must bite the bullet and think they can do this the way they did eons ago.
Meander 3 - Writing sort of went slow the past week. Sometimes putting the words on paper seems to be a chore but then there comes that magic moment when the words grab you and your pen or fingers fly. Doing well with my current WIP the Cancer Capricorn Connection. I'h hoping to show in the story her traits like not wanting to make scenes, anger bringing tears and clinging to old things. His is for a stubborn determination that the world may revolve around his wishes. These two have some real issues to conquer. The draft I'm writing is all about the characters and hopefully this will become clear.
