Meander 1 _Poem - Primative Dance
Primative Dance
Shadows of the night surround us bringing fears
From infancy. Terrors of alone existance
Reach and hold us as heart beats thunder, knock.
Pulse our bodies to their tune. And the fire grows
Within sending flames to chase those shadows.
So we dance upon each other to the rhythm
Of the drums and the flickering flames flare higher,
Heart pount -- drum beat ppflare heat --flesh step movement.
Pattern grown --moment passes -- echoes --
Silent drums and ashes - remnants of the dance
Meander 2 - Preparing for another grandchild to graduate from high school. Time seems to fly since this last of the four living now in Florida was born. There are three other graduations either happened or pending. Grandson has finished his 2 year associates in electrical engineering. Son-in-law soon to finish his Masters in councelling. Granddaughter soon to have her Bachelor's degree. Busy time for scholars. Means another trip to Florida and I'm making arrangements for the flight.
Meander 3. - Am finishing typing on the last two of the At First Sight series and am heavy into a book where I am only the vehicle and hopefully I will have this finished by June. Much to do and much to learn. But I will and the blocking seems to be successful at this point.
