Meandering on Monday with Janet Lane Walters #BWLAuthor #MFRWAuthor #Reading #writing #Thoughts

Meander 1 - Reading - Am almost finished with Jo Beverley's Georgian series. Sad to know there are no more of these wonderful and sensual books.

Meander 2 - Thoughts - Making trips can be dangerous to your health. Visited mmy daughter, son-n-law and grandchildren in Florida and had a great time until the last day. Then the dog ran across my foot and guess what, a fractured bone in my right foot. Then went to see my sister in Pa. Great trip down. Visited with her and met some of her friends. Great couple. Ate at a Tapa restaurant. Good food. Also say my sister's place at a shop where a number of people have places and sellmostly antiques. Fascinating place. There's a but. Rode with my sister and her driving is a bit scary. Actually I grabbed onto the doot and held on until my knuckles blanched. Also got to see my daughter and son-in-law for a breakfast on the day we left. She has made a connection with her birth father and relatives. I think that's wonderful. On the way home, my granddaughter's car blew tie transmission. Had trouble finding a toll. The AAA in that section of New Jersey had no one to do the towing. Had to find another tower. Her boyfriend came to rescue us and when almost home had a tire blow. Came home by Uber. Not sure I ever want to travel again.

Meander 3 - Writing - The push is on. Two months to finish the book so I'll be working at a fast pace.
