Tira flees a threat to her life and encounters two elderly women who offer her the chance to be sent to an alternate ancient Egypt with no thought of return. My fascination for ancient Egypt and some reading led me to write this book. Was not to be an alternate world story until I learned during the time I'd set for the book there were no camels in Egypt at that time. So the alternate world was born.
