Meandering on Monday with Janet Lane Walters #MFRWAuthor #BWLAuthor #Reading #Writing #Taxes

Meander 1 -- Reading _ I've given up posting my poetry for a bit so I'll talk about what I've been reading. Lately, I'm on a mystery kick. Probably because I'm writing a contemporary romance. I've just finished Dean L Hovey's park mysteries, four so far. I've really enjoyed the way his characters change and grow and hope there will be more. I'm learning things about the national Park Service as I read. Definitely knew nothing or very little about the parks. The mysteries are clever and to me unusual. One day I'll get the reviews up and hope there are more.

Meander 2 - Taxes. I've finally started to get my taxes together and find I'm missing some material which means phone calls to make. I hate doing this but I must. Hopefully by the end of the week I'll have all ready to go to an accountant.

Meander 3 Writing - Am progressing a bit slower than I like but that seems to be the way these days. All the interruptions with business matters and filling out forms and making phone calls has driven me crazy. But I'll keep chipping away. There are moments in the writing that I shed a tear or two.
