Thursday About the Writing of Past Betrayals, Past Loves @BWLAuthor #MFRWAuthor #Paranormal #time travel #Egypt #Britain #Peru #China

I have always enjoyed reading about ancient Egypt. While reading one book, I came upon these words. Mermeshu was his name. There was just a line about the time when there was no Pharaoh and many men view to become the ruler of the land. I never learned if he succeeded for even a short period of time but I believed this would make a good book. I mullled the idea for months and suddenly the idea came into being. This began a journey of research taking me to many lands. The story started in the present when a young woman's father had a stroke and she took over his shop selling antiquities from ancient lands. In handling these artifacts, she was sent to other times and places. In each area, the heroine, hero, 2 villains, her father, a friend and an older woman manifested as different people. This lead to the present with the people being present in this day and age.

I really loved finding a time in the history of each of the lands that would lead to the curse that sent them all to another time and place. The current cover for the series is amazing and has recieved many compliments. Thanks to Michelle Lee for her inspiration for I had no idea for a cover.
