Tuesday's Writer's Tip Mirroring Plots #BWLAuthor #MFRWAuthor #writing # Mirroring #Plots

This is probably the most difficult of mirroring techniques to be chosen. I've done it in part but at some time I bring the plots together tomake one plot. There are several ways todo this. One can take two siblings and mirror their stories, each one following the same path. You can also use this technique in another way. One plot is in the past and one in the present. Part of the difficultyis in keeping one of the plots from taking over the story. Another is to make each plot present in the reader's view which means going from one to the other. To do this, you mustavoid losing the reader's interest. This kindof story takes a lot of words and isn't suited to a short novel. Control is also needed. The possibility of the story breaking into two parts is very  possible. Pacing take careful consideration.
