Meandering on Monday with Janet Lane Walters #BWLAuthor #MFRWAuthor #Reading #Writing #Thoughts - Happy Day

Meander 1 Reading - The past week, I read a variety of books Beginning iwth Dragon Destiny by Helen Henderson - Enjoyed a look into a new universe. Her world building is terrific. Read Mystic Unrealized by S. Peters Davis and had mixed feelings about the book. The writing is great but I'm not into considering fairies as characters. There is some great action though.  Read Sylvia's Secret by Roberta Grieve and enjoyed this look at WW II. A nice romance and well written. Then read Incomplete Truths by Erin Monroe - a book with an interesting sort of double plot. and a lot of tension. The hero was a bit over the top but the other characters were great and like old friends. A lot of reading but I was working on plotting a new book.

Meander 2 - Thoughts - Happy Day.- The election is finally over and Joe Biden is our next president. Hopefully the country and the world will get back into shape soon. At least the country will be run by someone who has empathy and who cares about others before himself. Sorry there wasn't a Democratic sweep as far as the Senate and House went but there should be hope. I really hate the thought of seeing McConnell's face but at least I won't have to look at Trump. I have disliked the man since his first divorce, not to mention his other deeds. Congratulations to Joe and Kamala.

Meander 3 - Writing - Have now started the third version of my next books. I began the first with little to no complications. Then I started planning again and had too many complications. Hopefully the third plan will be the one that works and the complications are managable.
