In a way, this plot is related to the r Metamorphosis Plot. In this plot, thecharacter changes, not into another creature but changes in his way or living. This can be lookedon as natural. Think of how a person changes from an infant to becoming more independent, The child becomes a teenager and then mveson to an adult. They mature to become an older person. All these stages call for a change. There are other kinds of change. A person may change how he relates to others or to a specific other person. The change cpuld be inhow he or she lives their life. The change may be in making money or the change could be more radical. They could transform from a monstrous person into a more gentle one of the opposite. The transformation can take many forms. In the transformation plot the change is significent. At the end of the story, the chanracter is greatly different than he or she was when the story began.
