Think of hide and Seek paired with Catch Me If You Can and you have the Chase Plot. This is a totally physical with the bad guy chasing the good guy or the good guy chasing the bad one. The settings play a role here as well as the characters move from one place to another. There will be near catches and misses in this kind of plot. The action will be almost constant with few stops to think.
